The journey continues into the Law of Attraction. I finally got all the way through to day seven with the seven-day mental diet. I did have to utilize the Law of Substitution a few times within the seven second time frame, but I made it and I’m on day nine.

What I am noticing is that I am attracting more good thoughts just like Haanel said in chapter 5-8.

‘This, then, is the way we are consistently creating and recreating ourselves; we are today the result of our past thinking, and we shall be what we are thinking today, the Law of Attraction is bringing to us, not the things we should like, or the things we wish for, or the things someone else has, but it brings us “our own,” the things which we have created by our thought processes, whether consciously or unconsciously. Unfortunately, many of us are creating these things unconsciously.”

I am seeing the seven-day mental diet like a mental house cleaning that Haanel referred to in 12. “These are psychological facts; there is no theory or guesswork about these thinking processes; there is nothing secret about them; in fact, they are so plain that everyone can understand them.

The thing to do is to have a mental house cleaning, and to have this housecleaning every day, and keep the house clean. Mental, moral and physical cleanliness are absolutely indispensable if we are to make progress of any kind.” And 13. “When this mental house-cleaning process has been completed, the material which is left will be suitable for the making of the kind of ideals or mental images which we desire to realize.”

Also, I am noticing a sense of peace within me. It doesn’t make sense if I am looking at the external stressful circumstances all around me. But I am not looking at the external, I am focusing in on the internal part of me.

I realize that the addition of the mental diet took me deeper into thinking patterns and was a great addition to all the work I have been doing for the last two months.

Just to give you a sample of my day, it contains: reading with enthusiasm my definite major purpose, the self confidence formula from Think and Grow Rich, the scrolls from The Greatest Salesman in the World and the Master Key. “The Gal in the Glass” mirror exercise, 15-minute meditations, reading Laws of Giving index cards, reciting some affirmations, looking at and listening to my dream board and now the seven day mental diet.

So, it is the combination of all this Master Key Experience that is contributing to these changes within. Lots of connections are becoming clear and a little more gold is shining through.

To your success.
